Hi there,
My name is Kaylee. I own an online shopping boutique with my husband based out of Texas.
I have severe anaphylaxis food allergies. I have dealt with anaphylaxis since I was 12 years old. My main allergies are tree nuts, fruits, and shellfish. I am all too familiar with suddenly going into anaphylactic shock, administering the shot of epinephrine, someone calling 9-1-1, and all of the chaos that ensues thereafter. Having been close to death on a few occasions, the anxiety and PTSD I have from my experiences can be near incapacitating at times. One of my greatest fears is going out in public, or simply being at home alone without someone around me that is aware of my allergies and knows all the procedures that must be performed to make sure I can stay above ground. I have not only experienced this fear for myself, but have seen thousands of others over the years struggle with similar fears. This is the main driving force behind our new line of products, the Guardian collection, well made medical alert accessories for Men, Women, and Children. The Guardian collection alerts strangers that may not know of your condition, and what to do to assist you. Each piece clearly says “ANAPHYLAXIS, ADMINISTER EPINEPHRINE.” Usually medical alert wear isn’t very aesthetically pleasing, but our accessories are extremely fashionable and constructed of high quality materials; a welcome upgrade from the cheaply made medical alert “accessories” we’re all accustomed to. Our hope is that these accessories bring comfort to those that wear them, that you can have a little more confidence that you or your loved ones can take on life without being constantly afraid of the outside world that contains possible life-threatening danger to us in the air or on every surface. And we hope you think they look pretty darn good too.
